Our Process
Transparent and informative every step of the way.
[Step 1]
Dream it.
Once you have a reservation in our production schedule, we can help you find a van or you can seek out your own and send it to our shop.
Deposit: $500 – This confirms your spot in our schedule and initiates the design phase.
[Step 2]
Design it.
We go over our options and finishes with you. We’ll send a build sheet for your approval.
Down Payment: 50% of total due once design is approved or 2 months before start of build.
[Step 3]
Build it.
We’ll update you with photos along the way and keep you in the loop on the estimated completion date. Most builds take 8-12 weeks.
Progress Payment: 50% of remaining total due at the halfway completion point. (systems and Utility Spa significantly completed)
[Step 4]
Nook it!
It’s completion day! You'll receive a thorough tutorial on your van, and answer any remaining questions you might have.
Final Payment: Remaining balance is due 1 week before completion
